Anmol Shrusti was started in the year 1996 by one of the partners of Agarshans, a renowned partnership firm in the field of construction, which undertook civil contracts and constructed residential and commercial buildings in Chennai. We take this opportunity to list a few buildings constructed by Agarshans. They are Singapore Plaza, a unique commercial complex of 400 shops; residential colonies for RBI, UTI, ITC, NABARD at Besant Nagar; residential colony of 150 apartments called Bay view Apartments, Anna Arivalayam, the office building of DMK Charities.Over the last decade Anmol Shrusti has grown from strength to strength striving hard to transfer its customers' dreams into reality. We have constructed about 100 apartments at various locations in Kotturpuram. Anmol Palani, a commercial complex at G.N.Chetty Road, T.Nagar has been constructed by us. Anmol Palani houses Eureka Forbes; T.T.K. Healthcare; Sundaram Housing Finance; Rane Engine Valves, Bajaj Capital etc.
