After completion of canal work, Mr.B.Raghavendra Reddy has done road work under World Bank Scheme in Andhra Pradesh worth Rs.3 Crores. In 1995 Mr.B.Raghavendra Reddy, settled in Chennai and pursued his career AS BUILDER/FLAT PROMOTER in the name of M/s. BSR Builders Engineers & Contractors and continued in constructing Residential, Commercial apartments in Chennai. Further he has started a company in the name of M/s. BSR Developers Pvt. Ltd. in 2001 and registered under companies’ act 1956, and he is the Managing Director of the said company and Mrs. B. Kavitha and Mr. G. Praveen Kumar Reddy are the Directors of the company. M/s. BSR Developers Pvt. Ltd. has constructed number of Residential, Commercial apartments in Chennai and Bangalore. In Chennai nearly 15 projects completed (with area about 15,000 sq.ft. and in Bangalore constructed nearly 30 projects with area about 120,000 sq.ft. in the main places. Mr.B.Raghavendra Reddy has also constructed a 3-Star hotel in Bangalore. Nearly 30 staff members are working in this company. M/s. BSR Developers Pvt. Ltd. now going to start a branch office in Coimbatore also and are going to construct their first project in Coimbatore with area of about 80,000 sq.ft. (residential and commercial apartments).
