The Beharay Rathi Group was established in 1973. Prior to this late Padmashree Shri. Shrikrishna M. Beharay with his son Shri. Ashok S. Beharay was into construction of real estate and Mr. Ramkumar Rathi was a Practicing Architect and R.C.C. Consultant. The two joined hands together to make one of the most successful partnerships in Pune region. The group since then has achieved great heights & reputation in the Pune Real estate industry.
