Nestor Constructions is a real estate company with major operations in and around Mumbai.Nestor in Greek means “homecoming.” The name is derived from that of the King of Pylos who was a strong, sturdy and clever man, famous for his great wisdom and longevity. He was known for his good judgment and calm intelligence and had immense respect for the Gods, his people and land.Since its incorporation in 2001, Nestor has successfully developed numerous projects and delivered homes to over hundred families. It has also ventured into Slum Rehabilitation Schemes, which allows clearing and rehabilitating slums.They also have a sister concern company ‘M/s Nestor Builders & Developers Pvt Ltd’ since 2007 along with Mr.Kirti D. Shah who is an equal equity holder.
