Represented by its Managing Partner Sri.B.E.PRAVEEN KUMAR. Prabhavathi‘s main focus are into construction. Prabhavathi has successfully constructed within time and budget more than 10 apartments at various locations in South Bangalore till date. Prabhavathi’s main aim is to “Building high quality homes at affordable price and within promised time” Prabhavathi has completed 6 major projects till date in Bangalore. The first project by Prabhavathi is “Prabhavathi Residency” has 15 apartments (2 and 3 bedroom apartments) all of which were sold within 8 months of launching of the project. The project was started in January 2007 and completed by November 2007. An initial fund required was put by Prabhavathi and the rest were collected as bookings, no external financial assistance was taken for this project.
