It's why the Group has consistently championed the cause of 'Sustainable Living' as a way of life. Every project has been conceptualised and planned towards reducing carbon footprints. We were amongst the first in Mumbai and Thane to implement 'green' initiatives across all our projects, with two of our projects in Mulund and Bandra receiving Pre- certified Platinum ratings from the IGBC.
