From a humble beginning on 2004, with the inception of Unnayan Developers (P) Ltd. (UDPL), the Unnayan Group has come a long way to establish itself as a key provider of developed lands in and around Kolkata. UDPL has upgraded itself to an ISO 9001:2000 organization. Later Unnayan Builders (P) Ltd. and Unnayan Realtors (P) Ltd. has come up to meet the ever increasing demand.
