VAISHNAVI CONSTRUCTIONS is established as Partnership Firm on 23rd January, 2004. The partners of the firm Promoter Directors of the company are1. B. Panduranga Reddy2. B. Veena ReddyMr. B. Panduranga Reddy is the Managing Director. He has over a decade experience in real estate activity. He started his business as real estate advisor in the year 1995. In the year 1995 he started constructing independent houses in around the areas of Saroornagar and L.B.Nagar of Hyderabad.Mr. B. Panduranga Reddy along with some friends stated constructing apartments at Kothapet area in the year 2000. They constructed two apartments. In the year 2002 he started Sahithi Estates, a partnership firm along with his family members. M/s Sahithi Estate executed Commercial Complex at Chaitanyapuri on NH-9, Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad.In the year 2004 M/s. Vaishnavi Constructions ventured into construction of residential apartments. Mr. B. Panduranga Reddy, M/s. Sahithi Estates and M/s. Vaishnavi Constructions together successfully built around 4.25 Lakhs sq.feet of built up area consisting mainly residential apartments. This includes 0.50 Lakh Sq.feet of commercial space. Since 2004 only M/s. Vaishnavi Constructions is executing all the projects. Currently M/s. Vaishnavi Construction developing projects with a total built up area of 0.92 Lakh Sq.Feet.Over the years Vaishnavi Constructions has earned good reputation and goodwill among its customers, landlords and suppliers.
