Sanchayita is a theme based housing project at Shantiniketan overlooking the beautiful meandering River Kopai. Inspired by Rabindranath Tagore's collection of poetries in his book Sanchaita and motivated by the theme song of Shantiniketan “Aamader Shantiniketan, Shey Je Shob Hotey Aapon,” this project is a culmination of natural splendor, rural simplicity, peaceful ambience, modern amenities and legacy of Tagore. Our project Sanchayita would comprise 25 designer cottages in a beautifully landscaped area of 7 bighas (15,400 square meters approx) on the banks of River Kopai with facilities like swimming pool, restaurant, musical gardens, recreation centre, car parking, dormitory and 14 feet wide roads connecting each cottage. With nearly 60% open area within the complex and 24 hours security personnel, Sanchayita is the most secured and peaceful abode of Shantiniketan. We are offering duplex Single and Duet Cottages of 1390 square feet (build-up area) with individual gardens, car parking space and all modern amenities. Each cottage will identify itself from a name of any poetry from the book Sanchaita. You too can name your home with a poetry from Sanchaita. After you select the name of your home, we would design a Plaque with the first two lines of the poetry engraved on it – even the calling bell’s tune would be customized on the two lines of the poetry you select from Tagore’s Sanchaita.
