It had just one single lane road named Arcot Road, which often used to be a picnic spot, for film lovers to have the glimpse of famous actors and actresses. Today these are the various apartments prefixed with Majestic taken from the once landmark Majestic Studios. We pride ourselves in pioneering the concept of Multi-Storied Apartments in Chennai.
