Mr. Dipak Karmakar is the proprietor of Paradise Land & Housing Co. and the developer of the project.Mr. Karmakar has graduated in the year 1985 from Calcutta University and initially associated with his family business.Way back in 1993 , he started the property development business as his own entrepreneurship drive . And in last 19 years he has established himself and Paradise Land & Housing Co. as a prominent real estate player in affordable segment within Garia and Baghajatin area.Mr. Karmakar's key strength is his business integrity and commitment. Moreover, he has completed all his past projects without availing any bank finance so maintained a highest order of credit worthiness.Till date he has handled around 33 projects , constructed around 225,000 sqft space and marketed and sold approx 310 units ( residential and commercial ) . His key completed projects are Swapno Neer , Aparajita , Somnath , Atlantis etc .Presently he is developing three projects namely Titas , Nibedan and Thikana .
